Our Offices
We are located on the 3rd floor of the Carriage Works Heritage Building at 1331 Brenton Street in downtown Halifax and in Sunnyside Place at 1600 Bedford Highway, Suite 440.

Thank you in advance for removing wet footwear on damp or snowy days. Please feel free to bring an extra pair of shoes to wear in the office.
Please let your psychologist know if stairs would present a challenge for you, as the Halifax building does not have an elevator.
Hourly parking for the Halifax office can be purchased in parking lots in the Spring Garden Road area. We are located 1.5 blocks south of Spring Garden Road, which is well served by Metro Transit bus routes.
Please note that we are not able to use the parking lot behind the Brenton Street office. Vehicles that are parked without a permit will be ticketed and towed.
There is free parking available at the Bedford location.
Existing Coaching Clients
If you are an existing coaching client with our practice and would like to make another appointment, please click the button below. You must be registered in our database to use this service.
New Appointments
If you would like to schedule an appointment for yourself, your child or a client, please complete the referral information form below.
Once the referral information form has been completed, our intake coordinator or office manager will be in contact with you regarding the appointment date and next steps. As with the psychologist, they will treat your information with the highest level of confidentiality.
If you have not heard back from us within approximately one week, please email us.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer direct billing at this time. We recommend looking into your insurance coverage options for psychological services. More information can be found on the Fees page in the “More Info” section.
We are currently not accepting new referrals for the following:
Adult Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments
Adult ADHD coaching
